Postural tachycardia syndrome sometimes, or POTS, can cause a variety of symptoms, such as right-sided rib pain. This pain is commonly felt on the side and aggravates when standing. Although POTS itself doesn't directly affect the ribs, several factors play a role to this painful sensation. Those factors can include tightness in the chest mus
